Primary Suite Remodel
Client had a primary ensuite that zig-zagged and included a couple of small closets (his and hers), oversized L-shaped vanity and divider between vanity and toilet an oversized tub/shower and a full sauna room. We made the following changes:
Removed the sauna and added windows and made that the tub location
Removed tub/shower and created a curbless shower with glass above the divider wall between shower and toilet
Installed a pocket door between wet room and vanity area.
Vanity shortened to align along single wall
Built an addition at exterior wall to align with existing eave line
Added a walk-in closet in the addition
Removed interior wall to enlarge bedroom
Switch location of existing single door to allow for double doors to enter the ensuite
Client did all of her own design options. Final product sports a great view from the tub or shower with plenty of space in the bedroom for a home office and lots of storage in the walk-in closet.
